We’re excited to announce that we have been awarded the FSB North West Sustainable Business Award of the year! We’re really looking forward to the national finals in May, where we can celebrate our achievement and meet even more inspiring small businesses.
A huge thank you to all our customers, we simply wouldn’t be here without you. We’re so proud of every project we work on. We thrive by helping you define and reach your sustainability goals – whether it’s helping you implement behavioural changes in the workplace or scale a clean-tech solution. We love what we do because we get to facilitate tangible environmental and commercial impacts and see our clients thrive into the future.
Whilst preparing for these awards we did some calculations and it turns out ‘every little helps’ is an incredibly accurate saying. In 2022 we identified 462 tonnes of carbon reduction savings for our Sustainability Consultancy clients whilst our Growth Consultancy helped a client commercialise technology which saw their customers save 166 tonnes of CO2 in one year!
We’d also really like to thank the FSB for hosting these awards; the ceremony was fantastic and it’s so lovely to be recognised. Thanks also to the FSB Awards official sponsors: NatWest, Reach Solutions for SMEs, Tyl by NatWest, GC Business Growth Hub, HSBC, Aldermore, The Arch Company FSB Insurance Service and Cashplus Bank.
A big congratulations to all the other companies in our category; it’s so inspiring to see so many other businesses with sustainability at the heart of their mission.
It’s been great to reflect on how far we’ve come in just a few short years – we’ve gained clients and team members, with our team doubling in size! Our focus is now the future, we’re really looking forward to seeing what’s in store and we’re excited to work with even more incredible businesses to help them build a sustainable business strategy.
In June 2023, the EU Regulation on Deforestation-free Products, or EUDR, was written into law. From December 30th, 2024 businesses selling commodities linked to deforestation will be required by this law to prove that they have not contributed to new deforestation or forest degradation. Read on to find out if your business needs to comply with EUDR.
